Privacy and cookie notice
This page explains who processes your data when you visit datawaii.com, which cookies and analytics tools we use and why, and what happens to the data you submit through the "Request information" form.

Data controller
The data controller is, at present, [NAME TO BE COMPLETED], a natural person, pending the incorporation of Datawaii S.r.l. — once incorporated, controllership will be formally transferred and this notice updated accordingly. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed: given the current scale and nature of the processing, this is not a requirement under Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Cookies and Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to anonymously record how visitors use the site: pages visited, clicks, mouse movements, scrolling. This is only to understand what works on the site and improve it — we don't use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Cookie consent
Microsoft Clarity only activates if you consent via the banner shown on your first visit: if you decline, the script is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.
Who processes Clarity data
Microsoft Clarity is a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, based in the United States: the data collected (anonymized) may therefore be processed outside the European Union, based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. "Request information" form
If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, firm/company name (optional), plan of interest, and the message you write, solely to reply to you by email. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not keep a structured history of these requests: they remain only in the email inbox they are forwarded to; to prevent automated abuse of the form we keep, for a limited time, a counter per IP address (never the message content), which deletes itself automatically.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, or erasure at any time of the data you sent us via the contact form, by writing to privacy@datawaii.com. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy, www.garanteprivacy.it).
